Habib Shabani

Beginning from a very young age, Habib Shabani recognized that he was motivated to become a civil and structural engineer. He was an inquisitive child who was determined to make his mark on the world, and to gain prestige within the engineering realm. His fervorous passion stemmed from his long lasting dream of creating something that would not only withstand the test of time, but also represent the fruits of his hard labor.

In 1974, Mr. Shabani graduated from the Institute of Technology in Esfahan, Iran. Immediately after graduation, he gained employment at Fieldeh & Tesa, one of the most esteemed engineering advising firm in all of Iran. He was tasked with one of their most important projects, as Mr.Shabani was responsible for generating cost estimates based off blueprints that the company provided him. Consequently, Mr. Shabani continued to rise up the employment ladder, and began working at Marjon Consulting Engineers. He worked at the renowned consulting agency until 1976, when he emigrated to the United States in order to gain higher educational attainment within the engineering field. He was successful in his endeavors, as he graduated with a degree in civil engineering and continued at the University of Houston to pursue a education in structural analysis and design. When the recession of the 1980’s struck Houston, Habib started working for Unitrion Corporations as a supervisor for their financial planning and marketing committee. He was praised at the company for his intellectual capacity, and was recognized with a Management Achievement Award for outstanding marketing and production.

This unexpectedly prosperous experience led Mr. Shabani to realize his potential of becoming an independent businessman. In 2002, Mr Shabani went on to pursue his own business interests as he Founded and ran Empire Dental Center, a dental office, For his wife Dr. Soheila Radan. Within a year, Habib forged business relationships with a group of dentists, and they formed the financial investment enterprise Oracle Investment Group. Together, they opened 5 dental clinics across the Greater Houston area, and saw exponentially growth annually. At this time, Shabani simultaneously engaged in individual business ventures, creating a real estate development company called Shabani Development. The company was wildly successful in developing commercial real estate such as shopping centers across Houston. Habib continued to diversify his vast business portfolio, as he expanded outside of the United States through developing high-end residential homes in Iran.

All in all, Habib is a man from humble roots who has an endless drive to find the best and most efficient way to complete his work. His mixture of engineering ingenuity and business prowess has made him an invaluable asset in any of the projects he participates in. Additionally, Mr. Shabani’s innate entrepreneurial expertise and knowledge of the nuanced world of real estate have served as vital tools in his rise to prominence. Habib is continuously developing real estate across the Houston area and is looking to broaden his reach to custom homes and other similar projects.
